Become More Authentically YOU
Self Care Through Creative Expression
Depth Psychology, Expressive Arts & Mindfulness Skills Group
Andra Gramescu, M.A., Registered Provisional Psychologist (Alberta)
We are all interconnected. Deepen your self awareness, and expand your consciousness. Facilitate your own healing, and become more authentically YOU.
This is a group where you can gently hold space for the life stories that want your attention & wish to heal or integrate. Explore the true meaning of "self care" and "self love" and hold space through deepening self understanding and acceptance, so that the stories that feel ragged or raw can have a chance to rest, feel seen, and find relief.
Through depth psychological practices, rooted in an animated worldview, such as meditations, expressive arts and visual journaling, writing, and Tarot/Oracle wisdom, learn to honour your story and the path of healing and becoming that you are journeying on.
In Celtic lore, the Hawthorn tree is associated with new beginnings and new growth. This ancient symbol teaches us ways of letting go of what no longer serves us, and treating mind, body, and soul with sacred respect. Nurture your soul, and allow for beginning anew.
Join us in exploring authentic ways of soothing the pain from old stories, respecting your inner truth, and deepening your relationship with your self, your nature, and the creative source within.
With this open group you have the flexibility of registering for select sessions for the dates that work for you, with no ongoing commitment other than openness and acceptance. This group meets online every other Tuesday at 5:30 pm MT for about an hour and a half, and open to all adults across Alberta.
Payment may be completed by e-transfer to [email protected], and send us an email indicating the dates that you're joining. Fees may be eligible for reimbursement according to your health benefits plan. Registration fees are non-refundable. Please note that registration is open up until 48 hours prior to the session start time, so be sure to sign up in advance to reserve your spot!
