Booking an appointmentWhen you book your first appointment, let us know by email, text or phone call, that you would like to access Indigenous mental health counselling, covered by FNHA or NIHB. We will send you a consent form where you can provide your status or treaty card number. From there, we will submit a prior approval request to confirm approval for your session coverage so that you wont need to pay out-of-pocket. |
Mental health benefitsWhen you start counselling, you'll meet with a compassionate and culturally sensitive psychologist by video-call or phone-call, who will listen without judgement, and provide support and understanding. Collaborating with you to help you connect to your strengths and resilience, can help you find relief, and thrive. You can receive 22 hours of counselling per year, or more, depending on your specific needs. |
