First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) & Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Mental Health Counselling
If you are struggling with your mental health, anxiety, depression, trauma, or other challenges, we are here for you. When you book an appointment, you'll meet by video-call or phone-call with a compassionate psychologist who will listen without judgement, provide support and understanding, and collaborate with you to help you connect to your strengths, resilience, find relief, and thrive. Through collaboration with FNHA and NIHB, you can receive 22 hours of counselling per year, or more, depending on your specific needs.
How it works
When you book your first appointment, let us know by email, text or phone call, that you would like us to bill the FNHA or NIHB program directly for your mental health counselling sessions. We will then send you a consent form by email requesting your client identification (e.g. status or treaty card) number so that we can submit a prior approval request on your behalf, and bill the program directly for counselling sessions that you attend. This way, you wont need to pay for your counselling sessions out-of-pocket. Book an appointment or contact us today to get started.
