If you or your child are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or other mental health challenges, we can help. Connect with a compassionate and culturally sensitive therapist by video-call or phone-call. Your therapist will will listen without judgement, and provide support and understanding. Indigenous clients with a status or treaty number can access culturally sensitive phone or online mental health counselling at no cost.
We provide direct-billing through the Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), Indian Residential School Resolution Health Support Program (IRS RHSP) and Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Mental Health Counselling program.
How it works
Let us know that you would like direct-billing to NIHB, IRS RHSP or FNHA.
We will send you a consent form by email for you to review and complete online.
Once you submit the consent form, we will seek prior approval from NIHB, IRS RHSP or FNHA to confirm your session coverage and then reach out to you to schedule your first appointment.
NIHB, IRS RHSP & FNHA do not cover fees associated with missed or late cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice. A credit or debit card is required to secure bookings as part of the 24 hour cancellation policy. You will never be charged for attended sessions covered by NIHB, IRS RHSP, or FNHA.
