Fees for Services in B.C.

Counselling

The rate for Counselling  services is currently $250 per service hour. This rate also applies to services that you might request of your therapist outside of sessions, like letter or report writing, or consultations with a third party (e.g. physician, specialist). Sliding scale rates may be available for folks in financial need and without access to extended health benefits.

FNHA Counselling Program

Indigenous clients with a Client Identification number (e.g. status or treaty card) may receive coverage for 22 counselling sessions or more per 12 month period, billed directly to FNHA. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for FNHA reimbursement and may result in the total session fee (up to $191.25).

Direct Billing

We offer direct billing to most major extended health insurance companies, as well as Medavie Blue Cross (e.g. VAC, RCMP, CAF). Ask us for more information.
