Select "Create Account" in the upper right corner of the screen to set up your account. If you're not sure which therapist you would like to book with, leave the drop down menu set to "I'm not sure." If you already have an account, select the "Sign In" button to sign using your email address and password. If you don't know your password, click on the "Reset Password" link to reset it, or contact our support team we can help you out.

To match with a therapist who 1) specializes in the service you are looking for, and 2) has appointments available at times that work best with your schedule, start by selecting the Service that you are interested in booking. This will automatically show you the available psychologists for the selected service. Check out each therapist listed to view their email address, in case you would like to ask any questions before booking, and load their next available appointments.

Once you select a therapist from the list, the Calendar will show that therapist's next available appointments. Select the date and time that works best for you, then select the green "Book" button to confirm your choice. All appointments are booked as video-call sessions, in the time zone of your location. If you prefer to meet by phone call, or you can't find a time that works for you, reach out to let us know. Note that credit card information is required to confirm your booking as part of our cancellation policy. If you prefer to pay for sessions by e-transfer or direct-billing, or if you have any questions please let us know!

Secure MessagingUse the Secure Messaging instant chat platform through your Client Portal account to direct message your therapist between sessions. If you prefer, you can also send your therapist an email. You can find each therapist's email address by navigating to their profile page on this page: Meet the Team. Keep in mind that it's always best to reserve any sensitive information for discussion in session, rather than by e-mail. |
Access and manage bookingsWhile a unique video-call link will be sent to you by email near your session time, you can also access your video-call meeting, schedule new appointments, or change existing ones directly from your Client Portal account. Keep in mind that all bookings are subject to our cancellation policy, meaning that missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the full fee of your appointment. |
