is this Group confidential?
Yes. Sessions are held in a secure, bank-level-encrypted online platform and facilitated by two highly qualified registered mental health professionals where confidentiality is respected.
How long is the Group, and what’s the time commitment?
The DBT Skills Group runs for 12 weeks, with weekly virtual sessions. Each session is 90 minutes, on Tuesdays at 4:00 PM MT allowing you to integrate skills into your schedule efficiently.
Can I use my insurance for the DBT Skills Group?
Yes. We offer direct billing to most insurance providers. Group sessions are fully covered through NIHB (Indigenous Services Canada).
