Are you feeling overwhelmed, sad, constantly doubting yourself, or struggling with low self-esteem?
Do you often feel like an imposter, questioning your achievements and worth? I understand these feelings deeply and am here to support you. I know firsthand how discouraging it can be to lose trust in yourself and your sense of purpose, and I am passionate about helping you take back control. Through personalized strategies and creative approaches, I will guide you in building a toolbox of techniques to reduce stress, reframe negative thinking, and embrace self-love. |
I'll work with you to explore your strengths, set healthy boundaries, and develop more positive thinking patterns. Together, you'll create a treatment plan that suits your unique needs, with open-ended questions and interactive activities to help you gain clarity and self-compassion.
When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy arts and crafts, hot yoga, and journaling, as well as spending playful moments with my dog, Rosie.

"You are what you do, not what you say you'll do."
- Carl Gustav Jung
Through my personal experience, skill set, and 12 years of rich counselling experience with diverse populations I have helped clients with various presenting issues such as emotional regulation, self-esteem, grief and loss, confidence, imposter syndrome, personal development, conflict resolution, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and depression.
I also provide psychotherapy services to BIPOC populations and understand how cultural self-awareness is important in the work I do. I believe that taking one's culture and personal values into account is like viewing an iceberg. Many people take a surface look at how culture impacts them yet expect to see the entire picture. The iceberg metaphor for culture helps us to notice what lies beneath, which includes life experiences, identities, sexual orientation, learning styles and so on. |
